FUSION Setting

Below are some FUSION setting to start with.

Fusion = FCL (Forcord Controller System)

Recommended for Fusion console PC is a P4 and runs on XP. You can use a P3 PC but it will surely runs slow. Also you will need MS OFFICE.

Recomended distence between a power cable and communication cable is at least 20cm with dedicated conduit. There is no join allow between cables. Only 1 joint from Fusion to Dispenser. For current loop communication cable must use (0.5mm twisted and shielded cable)

For a motorcycle dispenser you will need two different cable to connect to 2 different CPU boar in the dispenser. another reason is Fusion will not communicate to 2 CPU using 1 Cable even though its run on current loop.

Jumper on LOOP board
Wayne = OFF
Gilbarco = ON

IP for Fusion is 192.168.1.20.

Configuration.
-> Generic.
MODUEL = FORCORT MANAGER DESCRIPTION
-> DEVICES -> OTHERS (SERCH) -> WIZARD
-> Configuration -> maintanance -> apply configuration.

Port name:- dev/ttyUSB0
/dev/gribport1

Operation -> Forcort -> Forcourt Status (Current Status)

Change Price
Configuration -> Price -> Price Change
Submit
Price Change Update.
