SPSA = Safe Performance Self Assesment
LPO = Lost Prevention Observation
RA = Risk Assessment
HI/PI = Hazard Identification / Potential Incident
NM = Near Miss
JCF = Job Clearance Form
CSD = Critical Safety Device
MSDS = Material Safety Data Sheet
USV = Unanounce Site Visit
LOTOTO = Log Out Tag Out Test Out
